FRANCESCA KING

Francesca is an experienced organisational development consultant and leadership coach. She is passionate about the power of developing the right culture and paying attention to leadership, engagement and team effectiveness in driving sustainable business performance and improving organisational health – supporting leaders in getting the most out of themselves, their teams and their organisations. By nature, a “maximiser” in the context of building teams and team development.

A Chartered Accountant (FCA), having trained and spent the first 8 years of her professional career as a financial auditor at PwC, Francesca’s combined experience brings a commercial edge to her practise. Transitioning out of the audit practise in 2010; Francesca worked with many different businesses within PwC; coaching leaders through change - helping them develop their vision and engage their people – and working with senior teams, coaching them to be more effective. 

Francesca’s areas of focus are supporting leaders through transformational change, coaching senior business teams, designing and delivering leadership development programmes, and executive coaching.

Kevin Greenleaves

A ‘leadership transformer’ of senior executives and their teams, Kevin helps create better leaders, healthier organisations and powerful teams that can do anything. With 12+ years’ experience as a full-time, qualified and professional coach, Kevin has previous experience within global organisations such as Hewlett-Packard in senior roles in sales, marketing, strategic planning, M&A and overall business leadership.

Kevin’s broad experience working with CEOs, senior leaders, board-level executives, partners and directors as well as high-potential managers and diverse talent, as well as his subject matter expertise in conscious leadership, helping executives discover the leader that they need to be for their teams, allows Kevin to provide insight and knowledge around diagnosing the symptoms of disengaged teams or poor leadership style and lacklustre strategic thinking.

Kevin is an ACMC accredited coach, certified coach trainer: Leaders Developing Leaders and Emotional Intelligence (EQi).

Ginny has over 20 years’ experience as a full-time, qualified professional coach and was one of the first coaches in the UK to accomplish Master Certified Coach status. She spent 5 years as a faculty member at the world’s largest training academy, CoachInc, based in the States and is now trusted globally as a provider of high-quality coaching initiatives for CEOs, CFOs and board-level executives who want to grow their impact at work and accelerate results.

Ginny’s solid background is in international business, global corporate finance, financial planning and international banking with prior posts at UBS in Hong Kong. Her specialisms include conflict resolution and troubled business relationships and the requirement to building bridges where there may be none.

With significant experience working with board-level executives, Ginny helps them increase their influence and impact with their direct report, their peers and those senior to them.
